OK so this one was a little different. How many laps of the little common outside my home to cover the distance... 18 1/3 laps

This park means a lot to me, its the view I look out on when I'm working from home, its the park we had family dinners in during the summer, Tilum had a Slip and Slide birthday party out there for his 13th and we've spent many a time throwing / kicking / batting various shaped balls around whilst avoiding random dog mess.

I'm lucky to have had a relatively stable location for a lot of my adult life, so as my life has changed in that time and the park has also changed, it's nice to reflect during this solo run on the solidity of the trees that have been there a hundred years, and will outlast me for a hundred more.

Time for a nap, and need to put an ice pack on my foot as my toes are sore.
